“ Giving them a 5/5 because the mofongo hit it out of the park!! It’s some of the best mofongo I’ve ever had, even compared to what I’ve had in DR. We got the trifongo (green plantain, sweet plantain and yuca) with brisket, the traditional mofongo with shredded pork, the cornbread and salmon dip. The cornbread was also exceptional, the brown butter on top is really what made it so delicious. The fish dip wasn’t the exciting. But I still liked it. I’d just focus on the mofongo next time. Highly recommend!! ”
“ Just finished trying this place for the first time & it was amazing! We went for the Miami Spice & for 45 it was sooo much food! The smoked croquetas were crunchy and the cheese had the most amazing pull! The 50/50 was so much meat I had to take some home. My boyfriend had the pastrami sandwhich & that was a mouthful! Besides the food our waitress -which I was got here name but she was in all the pictures playing on the TV so you’ll recognize her when you get there- was amazing! This restaurant is a MUST TRY & try again & again! ”
“ Tried to let the phone eat first but everything looked too good to wait! We have come to Smoke & Dough several times to try everything their menus have to offer and everything is delicious! Some of our favorites are the smoked croquetas, pastrami tequenos, and the newly added calamari for Miami Spice! The space is inviting and beautifully decorated! ”
“ This place is a hidden gem. I’m not a huge BBQ person but EVERYTHING here is good. The brisket burger is really special. i’ve come for brunch and dinner and they don’t disappoint. The pulled pork or brisket eggs benedict’s are both amazing with the corn bread as a base. Desserts are great, their smoked flan and ice cream are very interesting and unique. great service and atmosphere. 10/10 ”
“ I had the Duck mofongo on a Saturday night. It was a perfect portion, with delicious duck breast on top, pickled onions and grain mustard. Scooping the mixture and discovering textures with chunks of bacon was heavenly good. I had a smoked German beer and my waitress team brought me a sample of a Belgian ale that was amazingly good! (Service-wise, they are on top of their game! almost everyone came said hello, genuinely smiled... it felt genuine warm hospitality) you do not want to miss this food. So quaint, delicious and well run. I absolutely recommend and encourage anyone to go and enjoy ! ”
“ Went yesterday for lunch and it our third time enjoying Smoke and Dough ... we had the fish dip which was delicious, a black and blue sausage . The best sausage I’ve ever had . Always get the brisket melts in your mouth ... for the first time we also ordered the ribs... what a game changer absolutely divine... also had the Mac and cheese super yummy. the only thing I would change is that the food does not come out hot .. neither of the plates came out hot and never do ... however Five Stars is still my choice and we will continue to frequent Smoke and Dough and let everyone know it’s delicious. ”
“ I recently had the pleasure of dining at a Smoke and Dough, and it was truly an outstanding experience. The barbecue here is nothing short of excellent, easily ranking among the best I've ever tried. What made this visit even more memorable was the attentive service provided by the owner herself, Michelle. Her personal touch and dedication to ensuring our satisfaction were truly commendable. I highly recommend making reservations in advance to avoid any wait times or being placed on a waiting list, as this place tends to get busy, and rightfully so. The attention to detail and the love and care put into every aspect of the meal and the overall experience were palpable. In summary, dining here felt like tasting love and care in every bite, and I can't wait to return. If you're a barbecue enthusiast or simply looking for an exceptional dining experience in Miami, this place is a must-visit. My recommendations pork belly, mac and cheese and Cheese. I will expand it on my next visit. ”
“ This place may have the best barbecue I’ve had in Miami. We tried their pork belly, croquetas, brisket, ribs, truffle mac and cheese, and smoked flan. Everything was finger-licking good except the smoked flan. The service was amazing; we were there for three hours and never felt rushed. The ambiance was chill. I would definitely return to this establishment. ”
